Please submit your request via e-mail from the Roppe EcoEffects website under contact, or you can call Roppe at 800/537-9527 and ask for extension 4552. We strive to meet turnaround times of 24-48 hours on each request.
Question:
I am working on a LEED submittal and have a form from the General Contractor that requires information on your products with regards to their eligibility for use on LEED projects. Can you fill this document in for me and return it?
Answer:
Please submit a request for a LEED letter of documentation. You can then, take that information to fill in the form for your GC. We do not fill in these forms at Roppe due to time constraints, and you will ultimately need the letter of documentation for the final submittals.
Question: Where can I find your technical information such as 10-Part Spec, Architect Material Specifications, Warranty, Maintenance, Installation Instructions, etc.?
Answer: Roppe has an answer to all of your technical needs on our Web site. Specific information can be obtained by selecting the Product Specifications option on the page of the product that you are in need of information on.
